Online watch retailer WatchPilot opens its first brick-and-mortar store in Richmond, London.
WatchPilot, which is based in the UK and sells watches online at www.watchpilot.co.uk, will open its first store on the high street on November 3, 2022, at 6 George Street, Richmond, London, TW9 1JY. This will be in addition to their online business.

Store Opening - WatchPilot Will Open Its First High-street Store In Richmond
Now, the new brick-and-mortar store will have both cheap and expensive watches, as well as more than 30 brands of watches and a staff of very experienced and knowledgeable people.
Tim and Akbar met by chance, and because they both loved watches for a long time and had large collections, they decided to open a store. The plan was to open a physical store much sooner, but because of the COVID-19 pandemic, plans had to be pushed back, so they kept adding to the website.
Tim Harrison, co-founder, and co-director said about the store opening:
“„We will continue to grow our online presence however, particularly within the luxury side of watch retail there will always be demand for a premium in-store experience. If our initial Richmond store proves successful, we are open to replicating the concept in other similar locations.- Tim Harrison
Tim says that they will provide a premium shopping service delivered by a staff of watch experts in a relaxed modern retail environment.

WatchPilot has worked with Redd Retail Group, a leading international design and display company that focuses on watches, jewelry, and accessories, to help design and set up a concept store that will make it easy for shoppers to look around and where watch experts can give advice in comfortable settings.
Property surveyors and consultants at Stephen Kane and Company helped find the spot and gave advice on the deal.
There will also be 13 brands of designer and sport sunglasses at the new store.
The online site for WatchPilot went live in 2020. Since then, the team has been trying to find the best ways to interact with their online customers and give them a pleasant shopping experience. They will continue to do this.
The new website design, which was just updated, is a fast and visually interesting way to shop online that is on par with the best in the world. It has pages for each brand partner where they can show off their newest products and collections.
WatchPilot has also made unique content, stories, stunning photos, and interesting videos to go along with these assets.
Collection pages have been completely redesigned to make it easier for customers to find what they are looking for. There is now a clear separation between designer watches and luxury timepieces, making it easier to find what you want.
